pklook operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method at any time, including but not limited to before processing a withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party or allow any other person to access your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account shall be treated as having been conducted by you. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. pklook does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits, although your payment provider may apply its own charges. Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmation from the payment provider.

All transactions on the pklook Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). pklook does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion is the sole responsibility of the Player's payment provider.
All bets placed on the pklook Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. By submitting a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood those rules. Bets are binding once confirmed by the Platform. pklook does not accept liability for bets placed in error by the Player.
pklook reserves the right to cancel, void, or suspend any bet in the event of: a manifest error in odds or prices; technical malfunction of the Platform; corruption, match-fixing, or suspicious betting activity; or any event outside pklook's reasonable control that prevents fair settlement of the bet. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's Account.
Maximum payout limits apply to individual bets and may vary by sport, market, or game type. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface. pklook reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet from any Player at its sole discretion, including restricting stake amounts or market access for Accounts identified as engaging in professional or syndicate betting.
Live in-play betting markets are offered at pklook's discretion and may be suspended or removed at any time, particularly during critical moments of a sporting event. Bets accepted prior to suspension are valid and will be settled according to the applicable rules. Acceptance of live bets does not guarantee settlement at the displayed odds if a manifest error or system latency issue is identified.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by pklook are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general bonus conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion description. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. pklook reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded, set deposit limits restricting their activity, or who are identified as high-risk by pklook's responsible gaming systems may be excluded from bonus participation. Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using irregular betting patterns to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other Players — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.
Bonus Funds and free bet credits carry an expiry period that will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Any unclaimed or unused Bonus Funds that expire prior to completion of the wagering requirement will be forfeited without compensation.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pklook Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of any Platform content; reverse-engineer or disassemble any software component of the Platform; or remove any proprietary notices from Platform materials.
pklook collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

However, no internet transmission is entirely secure, and pklook cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted via the Platform. You use the Platform at your own risk in this regard.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pklook does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. pklook will make reasonable efforts to notify Players of planned downtime in advance where practicable.
pklook reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that: these Terms have been breached; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity has been conducted through the Account; continued operation of the Account poses a risk to other Players, third parties, or pklook's operational integrity.
Upon Account closure at pklook's initiative for a breach of these Terms, pklook reserves the right to withhold and forfeit all funds in the Account, including deposited funds, pending withdrawals, and Bonus Funds, pending investigation. Where no breach is identified following investigation, any legitimately deposited funds not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.
